Namgoong Min Expresses Sympathy To All Itaewon Incident Victims
"One Dollar Lawyer" actor Namgoong Min expresses his regret and brokenness as the gruesome Itaewon disaster takes a life from the entertainment industry.
On October 31, Namgoong Min posted a photo on his personal Instagram account with the caption "Pray for Itaewon. My heart feels so heavy. I extend my utmost condolences to the victims."
Itaewon unexpectedly catered to over 100,000 people on October 29, causing a horrendous crowd crush when the sea of people tried to cross the narrow alleyway all at once. Over 150 people died while more than 120 were injured.
One of the victims of the tragedy was Lee Ji Han, a singer-actor who graced the television screen with quirkiness and remarkable talent.

Namgoong Min, who is under 935 Entertainment, expressed his regret about labelmate Lee Ji Han's passing, saying, "Lee Ji Han is a friend to everyone, extending bright smiles day by day. I can't believe that we won't see him anymore."
Lee Ji Han visited Itaewon on October 29 and unfortunately died in the crowd crushing disaster. He once joined Mnet's survival program "Produce 101" in 2017 and widened his horizon by making his debut as an actor.

Namgoong Min's 'One Dollar Lawyer' To Conclude Prematurely
Fans expressed their dissatisfaction at the "One Dollar Lawyer" production unit's announcement of ending the drama earlier than planned.
Namgoong Min's "One Dollar Lawyer" takes on the story of a lawyer who has a 100% winning rate in court but charges only one dollar as his attorney's fee.
Since its television debut, the drama as well as lead actors Namgoong Min and Kim Ji Eun earned high praises and positive feedback from viewers around the world. It also enjoyed the double digit ratings from the beginning.

However, the fun was cut short as the production unit of the drama announced that the work was downgraded to 12 episodes from 14 episodes to "preserve the ending quality."
This decision received mixed reactions, especially those who have tuned in to the drama since the beginning. On the other hand, fans speculate that the work will produce a new season; a common strategy used to maintain the work's popularity in the entertainment scene.
