RAIN’s Cameo in ‘Under the Queen’s Umbrella’ is Sweet Gesture to THIS Rookie Actress
RAIN surprised viewers with his special appearance in Kim Hye Soo's drama "Under the Queen's Umbrella."
The idol-singer appeared in episode 7 where he took the role of one of the noblemen who passed by the market.
Interestingly, the Hallyu star has a deeper reason why he chose to have a cameo.

In "Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 7, which aired on November 5, one of the scenes includes Lady Chung Ha, played by rookie actress Oh Ye Ju, who is looking for Grand Prince Seongnam, played by Moon Sang Min.
At the market, she was holding a cartographic sketch featuring the young royal and thought that the handsome man was the Grand Prince.
"I'm looking for a handsome guy who took my money. You've never seen that handsome man?" Lady Chung Ha asked, showing him the sketch.
The man, who happens to be RAIN's character, replied and said that he hadn't seen the person on the sketch, causing frustration to Lady Chung Ha and blurted out "How can you not be sure? He is such a handsome man" she said.
However, the equally stunning passerby was surprised by the female's reaction and said "She has gone insane at such a young age."
Interestingly, RAIN accepted an offer to play a cameo role in "Under the Queen's Umbrella" to support the rookie actress.
Apparently, Oh Ye Ju is one of the talents under RAIN Company, the talent agency launched by the idol-singer and also houses the Kpop group CIIPHER.
With this, viewers lauded the actor for showing his support for his talents with some even describing RAIN as "humble."

"Under the Queen's Umbrella" is the singer-actor's on-screen appearance after wrapping up his hit medical K-drama "Ghost Doctor" with Kim Bum.
In the tvN series, RAIN skilled surgeon Cha Young Min who possessed the rookie doctor's body Ko Seung Tak, played by Kim Bum.
Despite the K-drama premiere in the first half of 2022, "Ghost Doctor" gained much attention after it landed on Netflix.
Interestingly, he is also busy with his tv shows which include the adventure comedy "Season B Season 3" and his YouTube channel where he features various artists.
