Jung Hae In proudly showed a glimpse of "D.P 2." The South Korean heartthrob took to Instagram as he updated fans with a sneak peek of the much-awaited Netflix sequel.

Jung Hae In Instagram Features Update for 'D.P.' Season 2

The 34-year-old star wowed his 10.5 million followers with a swoon-worthy selfie donning a military uniform.

Showing off jaw-dropping visuals, the actor's small face and stunning facial features draw attention.

Apart from it, fans are intrigued with his caption that says "A scene while filming for Season 2 of 'D.P."

Jung Hae In's Instagram sparked excitement as viewers can't wait to watch him and his team up with Goo Kyo Hwan in the action drama series.

On the other hand, his "Prison Playbook" co-star Lee Kyu Hyung wrote "handsome" praising the actor's undeniable visuals while Netflix Korea's official Instagram account commented "Why is it still 9 days ????" drawing more excitement to viewers.

What to Expect in 'D.P.' Season 2?

The first season, which was released in August 2021 received overwhelming praise and positive response from viewers despite being embroiled in a controversy.

With this, "D.P" gets the green light for season 2, promising a more interesting storyline for the audience.

The 34-year-old star , Jung Hae In will reprise his role as Private Ahn Jun Ho, who is a part of D.P or deserter pursuit, with his senior Corporal Han Ho Yeol, played by Goo Kyo Hwan.

The duo teamed up to catch deserters but encountered unexpected situations and witnessed various stories along the way.

In "D.P 2" the duo will be reunited with Kim Sung Kyun as Sergeant Park Bum Goo while Son Seok Koo will continue portraying the fierce Captain Im Ji Sup.

Interestingly, the upcoming sequel will feature new faces.

After Netflix confirmed the K-drama's season 2, the streaming giant introduced two familiar faces who will be joining the second installment.

Ji Jin Hee from "Designated Survivor: 60 Days" will portray Goo Ja Woon, the head of the legal department at the Army Headquarters, while "Thirty-Nine" star Kim Ji Hyun took the role of chief operations officer of the Ministry of National Defense Prosecutor's Office, Lieutenant Colonel Seo Eun.

Following the official announcement regarding the Netflix series' return, Jung Hae In expressed his excitement to return as Private Ahn Joon Ho.

The same goes for Goo Kyo Hwan, who said that he has been waiting for the drama's season 2. "It's nice to be back," he added.

Although the cast lineup for the drama has been officially unveiled, the "D.P 2" target release is yet to be confirmed.
