Moreover, covering the latest issue of Arena Homme Plus, the "Snowdrop" also spoke about his upcoming projects - Netflix's "D.P" season 2 and "Connect."

Jung Hae In on Reuniting With 'D.P' Co-Stars for Season 2

During the interview with the publication, the actor expressed how thrilled he is to see his fellow actors and new faces who will join "D.P" Season 2.

"We met again after a year and a half, but it didn't feel like there had been a break," he said, adding, "It was like we hadn't seen each other for three or four months."

In addition, Jung Hae In also shared that the whole environment "on the set was great."

As for the upcoming sequel, the 34-year-old actor hints at more action-packed scenes. 

"I was physically tired, but it was fun and rewarding," he said, noting that season 2 might feature more intense moments than the first season.

It can be recalled that Netflix announced that "D.P" is getting renewed for Season 2 after the drama received positive feedback from the public. 

On their official Instagram, the streaming giant introduced the official cast for season two, featuring the original cast members Jung Hae In, Kim Sung Kyun, Son Seok Koo, and Goo Kyo Hwan, who will reprise their roles.

Moreover, Netflix also welcomed two stars who will join the "D.P 2" cast; the "Designated Survivor: 60 Days" star Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Hyun from "Thirty-Nine."

Following the announcement, the network hints that season 2 will focus on continuing "their unfinished story."

Jung Hae In Lauds 'Connect' Director Takashi Miike 

Besides the Netflix sequel, Jung Hae In will also star in the thriller mystery series "Connect" directed by the renowned Takashi Miike. 

As the interview with Arena Homme Plus continues, the actor expressed how excited he is to work with the director. 

Moreover, he also praised the director for being experimental and trying out "new things" for the project. 

"I'm looking forward to it because he's an expert who made a lot of movies. I saw some scenes while recording the post-recording recently. I think it came out really well," he added.

"Connect" and Netflix's "D.P" season 2 are the follow-up projects of Jung Hae In after his back-to-back K-dramas in 2021. 

To recall, he headlined the melodrama "Snowdrop" with BLACKPINK's Jisoo and the first season of "D.P."

Moreover, he also starred in Lee Jee Hoon's directorial debut "Blue Happiness" along with Lee Dong Hwi and Tang Jun Sang.
