Lee Honey Graces 'You Quiz on the Block'

After giving birth to her first child, Lee Honey is now back onscreen to start new projects at the beginning of 2023.

In line with the promotion of her new movie "Phantom," the beauty queen will make a special guest appearance in tvN's television program "You Quiz on the Block."

In the released preview of their upcoming episode, Lee Honey told the hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Cho Sae Ho about her extreme yet amazing outgoing personality.

According to the "One the Woman" lead star, she was a mega-extrovert since birth. She explained that because she was never home, her parents would always search for her in town. She confidently shared how much energy she had during her childhood years, which even the actress was shocked about.

Lee Honey Almost Debuted As 2NE1 Member?

Apart from it, "The Fiery Priest" star revealed that she loved dancing to the point that she used to dance all the time.

As the conversation continued, Lee Honey surprised both hosts after she said, "I actually trained at YG Entertainment for two and a half years."

The first-time mom also revealed that she trained with the 2NE1 members' CL, Sandara, Park Bom, and Minzy before and could have become a member of the iconic girl group.

The veteran actress shared that during the day, she was just an ordinary graduate student learning gayageum (a traditional Korean musical instrument).

And she turned into a dancer at night as she trained to become an idol.

Lee Honey Returns To Big Screen With 'Phantom'

On the other hand, Lee Honey is making her silver screen return through the action movie "Phantom." The film had its VIP premiere night on January 12 in which various big celebrities attended the event and showed their support to the cast and team.

According to Herald Pop, "Phantom" directed and penned by Lee Hae Young focuses on five characters who are locked inside an isolated hotel after they are suspected of spying against the Japanese Government-General of Korea.

The movie is slated to premiere in cinemas starting January 18.
