Krystal Jung Makes Cannes Debut With 'Cobweb'
After a long wait, singer-actress Krystal Jung finally fulfilled her life-long dream of debuting in Cannes.
On May 26, the long anticipated black comedy film "Cobweb" starring Song Kang Ho, Oh Jung Se, Im Soo Jung, Jeon Yeo Bin, Krystal Jung and more was finally screened in the prestigious 76th Cannes Film Festival in France.
The film depicts the frustrating journey of a film director who decides to recreate his new masterpiece's ending to achieve perfection.
"Cobweb" was one of the South Korean works that was screened in the event, and it also marks Krystal Jung's Cannes debut.
Since she established her career as an actress, the South Korean beauty has dreamed of stepping on the Cannes stage along with big stars all around the world.
Thankfully, her dream came true this year, and even received a 12-minute standing ovation from the crowd and fellow artists who attended the film festival.
Krystal Jung is honored and grateful for the opportunity, which allowed her to widen her acting career. It's a big feat that she'll remember for a long time.

Krystal Jung Talks About Show-Stopper Cannes Dress
On May 30, Krystal Jung shared exclusive photos of her from her trip to France as well as her memorable time in the annual film festival.
The "Cobweb" star wore a black maxi dress that has sexy striped detail in the bodice. It was a ready-to-wear dress from Ralph Lauren's Fall/Winter 2013 collection; a timeless piece that embodies her beauty.
Krystal Jung shared that she chose the dress for the photocall event as the accent reminded her of spider webs, referencing her Cannes film with director Kim Jee Won.
In the photos, the actress showed off her curves and bright smile as she dominated the French acting scene, attracting attention from the crowd.
In particular, Krystal Jung also wore a classic pink satin Ralph Lauren halter dress from its 2012 collection for the Cannes red carpet which blew everyone away.
