With his flourishing career, Lee Je Hoon is stepping up his real estate portfolio after acquiring a building in Gangnam.
The "Taxi Driver" star is among the celebrities who chose to invest in land properties, especially since the value of real estate has increased over the years.

In a report cited by a local media outlet, the actor purchased a building in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in November 2021 for a whopping 6.87 billion won, or around 5.3 million USD. The contract was named after his company, an entertainment agency called COMPANY ON, which he established in the same year.
Moreover, reports also noted that Lee Je Hoon turned it into a neighborhood living facility in April 2022 and paid the balance a month later. After a year, the said building is currently under construction and up for renovation.
In the same outlet, Gangnam's Building Road director Kim Won Hyun shared with the outlet that the area, where Lee Je Hoon's building is located is "a typical office commercial district." .
Moreover, it seemed like the actor made a profit for it since per square meter costs a lot. As mentioned by the building road director, the said property "has recently been traded from 110 million won to 130 million won per 3.3."
On the other hand, Lee Je Hoon is just one of a few celebrities who chose to invest in land properties, especially in Gangnam.
Hallyu star Kim Tae Hee reportedly owns three buildings in Gangnam with an estimated value of US$12 million.
His "Architecture 101" co-star Bae Suzy acquired a US$3.3 million building in Gangnam district's Samseong-dong area back in 2016.

With his continued projects in films, TV shows, and endorsements, it is safe to say that Lee Je Hoon's net worth, with an estimate of $3.5 million, will increase in the future given that he is also running a talent agency and a movie production company, Hard Cut.

In 2021, Lee Je Hoon delivered back-to-back smash hits in K-drama through the Netflix series "Move to Heaven" and SBS' "Taxi Driver."
