Based on the webtoon "Lies Hidden in My Backyard," the director Jung Ji Hyun of "The King: Eternal Monarch" and "Twenty-Five Twenty-One" was able to capture the eerie and, at the same time, disturbing highlights of the drama.
From Moon Joo Ran's suspicion to Choo Sang Eun's discovery, viewers witnessed how the story unfolded in "Lies Hidden in My Garden."
Meet the Cast of 'Lies Hidden in My Garden'
After three years, Kim Tae Hee returned with an interesting character as she plays the doting mother and loving wife, Moon Joo Ran.
Everyone sees her as Little Miss Perfect for having such a wonderful house and a loving family. However, it was all a facade after she suspected that something was off about their house.
On the other hand, Lim Ji Yeon plays Choo Sang Eun, a soon-to-be mother who experiences abuse from her husband, Kim Yoon Beom, played by Choi Jae Rim. However, things change following his death.
Meanwhile, everything seems connected to Joo Ran's husband and a well known doctor, Park Jae Ho, portrayed by Kim Sung Oh. As the story unfolds, Joo Ran starts doubting her husband.
Airing twice a week, "Lies Hidden in My Garden" is the newest Monday and Tuesday K-drama. Broadcast by SBS, international viewers could also watch it through Viki.

"Lies Hidden in My Garden" episode 2 begins by digging deeper into the incident before Kim Yoon Beom's death.
After fetching his wife, Choo Sang Eun, from work, she thought that she'd be visiting her mom's place, but it turned out that Yoon Beom had stopped over to Park Jae Ho's house.

It was at the same time that Moon Joo Ran discovered an odd thing, that looked like fingers buried in their backyard. He insisted on coming over to the house, but Joo Ran told him that she would advise her husband first regarding the package.
As she made a phone call inside their home, she was worried that Yoon Beom might discover the bizarre thing in their backyard.
Thankfully, he left their house but asked Joo Ran to tell her husband about meeting him at the fish port. Hours later, Sang Eun received a phone call from the police telling her that her husband was dead.
At the wake, she looked into the phone that she saw in his car.
There, she found out about Park Jae Ho's secret.
Meanwhile, Joo Ran started suspecting her husband. It was after the police searched their home and interrogated Park Jae Ho regarding Yoon Beom's death.
However, Jae Ho made an alibi and said that he was at their house throughout the night. But Joo Ran didn't believe him since she saw his muddy rain boots at his closet.
In the last scene of "Lies Hidden in My Garden" episode 2, Jae Ho received a text message along with a photo of a woman.
