Lee Da In Returns to Drama Following Wedding With Lee Seung Gi
After her wedding last April and hiatus, Lee Da In is ready to meet the viewers again with her new drama "Lovers." The actress teases the fans with her new character in her soon-to-premiere series with Ahn Eun Jin and Namgoong Min.
Lee Da In Turns Into Wise, Sweet Lady in 'My Dearest'
Lee Da In is expected to break her long hiatus beginning August as she returns to acting through MBC's "My Dearest," also known as "Lovers."
The historical-romance series narrates the journey of star-crossed lovers, whose fates become twisted due to an unexpected event in Joseon.
On July 13, MBC continued to drop teasers for the upcoming drama. The production company released new character stills of Lee Da In, who will play Kyung Eun Ae, and Nam Yeon Jun's (Lee Hak Joo) soulmate and Yoo Gil Chae's (Ahn Eun Jin) best friend.
Kyung Eun Ae is a wise and benevolent woman who knows how to see the beauty of the world and the people around her. Though she is a sweetheart like her friend, Eun Ae had a different strength and charm from Yoo Gil Chae.
Lee Da In Looks Elegant, Charming in Hanbok
In the photos provided by the drama team, Lee Da In is staring at someone with deep eyes as if she's feeling a lot of emotions inside. Her on-point expression was caught in the picture where she exhibits affection and immersion with her new character.
Lee Da In also looked elegant and admirable in hanbok. Her clear skin, slender face, and innocent charm are captured in the snaps.

In addition, the production team stated that Kyung Eun Ae, the character that Lee Da In will portray, is a person with strength in softness.

They added that the actress looked good in historical dramas. The team also invites the viewers and fans to anticipate Lee Da In's character and the rest of the cast members' performances and chemistry in "My Dearest."
Furthermore, the drama will make its debut on August 4 at 9:50 PM (KST) on MBC and will occupy the Friday and Saturday slots.
