Lim Ji Yeon Returns As Police Detective In New Drama

On July 28, SBS TV's upcoming drama "The Killing Vote" dropped a set of new stills featuring Lim Ji Yeon.

Much to fans' delight, the sought-after actress is coming back to the television scene as a police detective named Joo Hyun.

"The Killing Vote" depicts the concept of a nationwide death penalty vote against vicious criminals who escape the law's blind spots. It also stars Park Hae Jin and Park Sung Woong.

The drama marks Lim Ji Yeon's second big-scale project this 2023, following the international success of her previous works "The Glory" and "Lies Hidden In My Garden."

In the series, Lim Ji Yeon was once an ace lieutenant of the Cyber Investigation Team but has soon become a nuisance to her colleagues, and was always under fire at her job.

The published stills showcase Lim Ji Yeon's transformation into Joo Hyun, donning huge mermaid curls and a pair of eyeglasses that make her look reliable. She also exudes a trustworthy aura despite being discriminated against by her colleagues.

In "The Killing Vote," Lim Ji Yeon will once again showcase her sterling prowess as an actress. She will also return with a completely changed image, much to fans' anticipation.
