'Cobweb' Announces Theatrical Release

On August 11, the most anticipated noir film "Cobweb" cut to the chase as it announced its nationwide release.

It stars big names in the industry including Song Kang Ho of "Parasite," Krystal Jung of "More Than Family," Oh Jung Se of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," Jeon Yeo Bin of "Vincenzo" and more.

First introduced to the global audience at the 76th Cannes International Film Festival, "Cobweb" follows the obsessive director's desire to create a whole new ending for a 1970s film.

'Cobweb' Trailer Shows Chaotic Side of Film Production

The excitement for the work skyrocketed even more as the production team unveiled its newest film trailer.

Alongside the poster of Song Kang Ho's Director Kim sitting on his chair on set, the caption that says "It only becomes a masterpiece when you re-film it," raises curiosity about the work.

The sense of responsibility that directors must bear is also adding tension to the work. In the trailer, the cast's splendid acting skills were showcased, giving colors to their own characters.

Director Kim imagines the new ending of the 1970s film and plans to re-shoot the sequence in just two days. Meanwhile, Im Soo Jung and Park Jung Soo flaunt their seasoned skills as veteran actresses.
