'The First Responders 2' Episode 6: Jin Ho Gae Declares Truce
After declaring a truce, the police force and the National Forensic Service collaborate to track down the root cause of their new case.
Jin Ho Gae (Kim Rae Won) obsessively investigates whether the pressure cooker could explode artificially, which irritates Kang Do Ha (Oh Eui Sik).
Thankfully, Jin Ho Gae's efforts come into fruition, leading them to the truth. They learn that the pressure cooker exploded as it had been breached by inserting a foreign substance into its lid.
Though Yong Soon Bok's (Hwang Jung Min) death was ruled out as an accident, Jin Ho Gae believes that it was a murder case.
He hands over the DNA that he collected from the villa residents. The DNA detected in Yong Soon Bok belongs to Yoo Jung (Ahn Se Bin) who is related to the deceased.
Jin Ho Gae's Biggest Frustration
Jin Ho Gae and Gongmyung Pil (Kang Ki Doong) head to Yoo Jung's house. His father is revealed to be the villa's manager who recently quit.
They call an ambulance when they realize that the father poisoned the young girl. A mobile phone, a pressure weight and underwear are also retrieved from his home.
When Gongmyung Pil is interrogating the suspect, Jin Ho Gae barges in and forces him to commit his crimes. It is revealed that he is a gambling addict. To fend for his lifestyle, he sells lost items while working as a janitor.

When he learns that women's underwear makes a lot of money, he steals his fellow tenants' garments. Unfortunately, Yong Soon Bok catches him in the act.
He then kills off his neighbor to get revenge. Yoo Jung thinks of reporting it to the police but before she can tell on him, he takes matters into his own hands.
Song Seol Fulfills Bong Do Jin's Dream
Song Seol (Gong Seung Yeon) retrieves the letter that Bong Do Jin (Son Ho Jun) left for her before he dies in the fire.
Bong Do Jin hopes that Song Seol finds a man that will love her the way he does or even more in order for her not to experience any hardships in life.
He also tells her the things he wants to do with her like climbing a mountain and going camping. Unfortunately, all of these aren't possible anymore.
Song Seol also sees the ring Bong Do Jin left behind. She then takes it home with her before she goes on a hike to fulfill the latter's dream.
