Five years ago, Esom and Seo Kang Joon coupled up in the rom-com drama "The Third Charm" which was well-received by the fans.
It follows the ups and downs of a 12-year-old love story between a couple with opposing personalities who first met by chance on a group blind date in their 20s.
The drama not only showcased the actors' chemistry, but it also decorated prime time by telling realistic stories about life, relationships and dreams.

Esom
Esom returned to the screen this 2023 with two Netflix shows "Kill Boksoon" and "Black Knight."
The public praised the actress for her impressive performances. At the moment, she is preparing for her brand new works that will be added to her lovely drama resume.
Esom teams up with Ong Seong Wu and Shim Eun Kyung in the forthcoming romance drama "Starlight Falls," which is now in the post production phase.
It tells the bittersweet narrative about first loves as well as conflicting romantic feelings of three people who used to go to the same university. It also focuses on youth's friendship and dreams.

Seo Kang Joon
Seo Kang Joon is one of the most sought-after actors in Hallyu in today's generation.
He starred in various works such as "Are You Human?," "Cheese in the Trap," "When the Weather Is Fine," "Watcher" and more.
He last appeared as the main lead in "Grid" with Kim Mu Yeol and Lee Si Young, which follows the detectives digging into the truth about the mysteries around the General Bureau Affair.
In 2021, Seo Kang Joon enlisted in the military as the division commander. He finished his service earlier this year, and was then discharged in May.
As for his forthcoming series, the actor's company, Man of Creation, revealed that he's reviewing a lot of acting offers with a positive mind.
