While it maintains its great reception among fans, the show is also stuck with stagnant ratings. Will the youth drama survive its all-time low before it finally ends?


'Twinkling Watermelon' Heads To Finale With All-Time Low Ratings

On October 31, the youth series "Twinkling Watermelon" released its latest episode which closes its antepenultimate week.

The episode received an average rating of 3.7%, which was a 0.5% leap from the previously recorded rating in the preceding episode. Although the new score was fairly high, it still caused worry among fans.

Since its premiere, "Twinkling Watermelon" suffered from the stagnant ratings, never beating the 3% viewership rating streak.

As it nears its end, the production unit of the drama aims to score a higher rating and finish strong with 16 episodes.

On the other hand, the tvN drama continues to maintain its No. 1 spot among cable channels, besting Rowoon and Cho Yi Hyun's "The Matchmakers."
