Go Hyun Jung Lands New Drama 'The Mantis'
On November 15, it was reported that Go Hyun Jung was cast to lead the forthcoming drama "The Mantis."
Based on the French Netflix drama of the same name, it follows a serial killer who begins to work with her estranged son, a police officer, after a new serial murderer gets inspired by her killings from years ago.
According to IOK Company, Go Hyun Jung's agency, the actress was cast as the lead character who is a serial killer, which raised the excitement for the work.
Previously, Go Hyun Jung gave a passionate performance in the Netflix series "Mask Girl" in the titular role. She was lauded for her gravity-defying stunts that allowed viewers to see her in a new light.
