With Ryu Shi Oh revealing Kang Nam Soon's secret, he promised to finish her and kill her loved ones.
The 16th episode continues with Nam Soon escaping from Ryu Shi Oh's trap after she was given a high dose of drug, enough for her heart and body to function.

Thankfully, her grandmother, Gil Joong Gan, saved her through their connection.

As Nam Soon gets back at Ryu Shi Oh, Kang Hee Sik joins him after they track his location.
They found the hideout of Dooggo, CEO, at the boxing gym, where it was believed to have been his and other orphans' homes before they were transferred by Pavel overseas.
Realizing that it is the end for him, Ryu Shi Oh looks at Nam Soon as he shoots himself.

The police found that Ryu Shi Oh secretly gave his biological father a stationary store. In addition to this, he bought the land where the orphans were brought up.
Meanwhile, all the people related to Ryu Shi Oh's illegal activities were arrested.
One of the highlights of the "Strong Girl Namsoon" ending is Hee Shik's proposal to Nam Soon.
Both their families met together and agreed that they would schedule their wedding as soon as possible.
Moreover, the police recognized Kang Nam Soon's effort to help them with their mission and were given an award for solving the drug case.
