Television personality Ahn Hye Kyung shared how generous Song Joong Ki is - he even offered his house in Rome for her honeymoon with her husband!
During her guest appearance on SBS's "Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny," she revealed highlights of her wedding, including the "Reborn Rich" star's participation at the ceremony.
In a preview, she shared why Song Joong Ki ended up as the host for their wedding.
Ahn Hye Kyung Reveals How They Got Song Joong Ki to Host Their Wedding
According to Ahn Hye Kyung, she had a call with the actor and voluntarily said that he was willing to be the host of their wedding.
"I had a video call with Song Joong-ki, and he said, 'I'll host the wedding for you, Hyung (the older brother).' I thought I was dreaming. Song Joong-ki called me 'hyung' instead of 'noona' (older sister), so I guessed I heard wrong."

Ahn Hye Kyung's husband is cinematographer Song Yo Hun, who worked on dramas such as "Return," "Innocent Defendant," and "Vincenzo," which also stars the top actor.
Apart from Song Joong Ki, Lee Hyo Ri, Kim Young Hee, Kang Ah Rang, Park Seul Gi, and "The Marvels" Park Seo Joon also attended the wedding.

Other than Song Joong Ki hosting their wedding, Ahn Hye Kyung revealed that the top star also offered his house in Rome for the newlyweds' honeymoon.
As mentioned by the female TV personality, it was such a "great gift" to have the "Vincenzo" star as the host of the ceremony, but she was surprised when he suggested a place for their honeymoon, which happens to be his property in Rome.
"He suggested, 'Since we have a house in Rome, how about you two staying there for a honeymoon?'"
Ahn Hye Kyung, who appeared in "The Penthouse 3," "School 2013," and "Ojakgyo Family," got married to the cinematographer in September 2023.
Meanwhile, weeks after confirming that he is dating, Song Joong Ki announced his marriage to British actress Katy Louise Saunders in January 2023.
On his official fan cafe, the South Korean top star described his wife as someone "who has been by my side supporting me and who I have spent valuable time with while cherishing each other."
In addition to this, Song Joong Ki also shared that he and Katy are about to welcome their bundle of joy.
In June 2023, the couple welcomed their first child in Rome, which happens to be Song Joong Ki's wife's hometown.
