Now in his 50s, Jung Woo Sung continues to maintain his popularity as he works on various big projects and even made his directorial debut alongside award-winning actor Lee Jung Jae.
As he made his return to the small-screen with a new romance series "Tell Me You Love Me," Jung Woo Sung candidly shared his experience in love.
The veteran actor made his guest appearance on Sung Si Kyung's YouTube show on November 30.
In the episode, the singer invited the actor to his place and prepared food for them to share while conducting a casual interview.
Jung Woo Sung Relationship Status: 'Hunt' Actor Missed Timing of Getting Married
Throughout their conversation, Jung Woo Sung mentioned his past relationship and current status in love.
It started when Sung Si Kyung asked the "Spring of Seoul" star how he deals with loneliness, and made a follow-up question if he will stay single and not ever get married.
Jung Woo Sung paused for a while and replied:
"It was not my choice to stay single until now. It was more like I couldn't get married because I missed the timing for it."
Hence, the actor is open to new love that will eventually lead to marriage.

Meanwhile, the "12:12" actor candidly mentioned his 2011 dating news with "Penthouse" actress Lee Ji Ah, which he let the public know.
Jung Woo Sung said that he found it interesting as he was the first actor to reveal a romantic relationship before the media did.

Then, the actor indirectly mentioned his 2011 dating news with actress Lee Ji Ah that he let the public know himself:
"You know what's interesting? I was the first-ever actor to 'expose' a romantic relationship before the media did."
He continued:
"If I'm being honest with you, I feel sorry for the celebrities. They are just like everybody else, but why do they have to get so hated for being in a relationship."
