Kang Ki Young & Lee Ji Ah Display Chemistry In New Drama Teasers
On December 13, the JTBC shared a glimpse of Kang Ki Young and Lee Ji Ah's seamless transformation for their upcoming drama "Great Problem Solver."
Ahead of its premiere, the broadcast network dropped a set of photos from the script reading event which hint at the entertaining and high tension drama that will debut this 2024.
"Great Problem Solver" follows the stories of South Korea's best divorce lawyers, their cases and their own journey as ordinary people.
Kang Ki Young and Lee Ji Ah headline the series, and are expected to show a cider-like teamwork as they meet each other for the first time ever.
In the series, Kang Ki Young plays Dong Ki Joon, a former prosecutor who steps down from his position to help solve marriages and relationships as a divorce attorney.
The drama marks the actor's first-ever major acting role, following his support gigs in the dramas "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," "The Uncanny Counter 2" and more.

With this, he showcased his fan-favorite vivacious image as he assimilated into his character. He also boasted his ability to do adlibs outside the script, adding depth to his role and the show.
Meanwhile, Lee Ji Ah led the story with her high tension aura as Kim Sa Ra. She displayed her empathetic eyes, using heartwarming gestures as she gave life to her new character.
The two actors also subtly hinted at the tension between Dong Ki Joon and Kim Sa Ra who, despite their differences, become closer while solving cases together.
Oh Min Seok, Kim Sun Young, More Complete 'Great Problem Solver' Lineup
Veteran stars Oh Min Seok and Kim Sun Young also complete the main ensemble as the people surrounding the two great problem solvers.
In the show, Noh Yul Seong, Kim Sa Ra's ex-husband, will be played by Oh Min Seok who doubled the tension in the event with his charismatic performance.
He also showed the dark side of his character with his deep inner desires. On the other hand, Kim Sun Young gives life to Son Jang Mi, the CEO of the divorce resolution company called Solution.
Son Jang Mi is a high-spirited character who has a potential strong chemistry with Kim Sa Ra, raising excitement for the brand new series.
The actors' passionate and seamless synchronization with their characters drew attention among the prospective viewers, guaranteeing a variety of fun from revenge to rom-com.
