In the recent episode of the variety show "Knowing Brothers" released on December 16, comedian Kim Ki Wook appeared as one of the celebrity guests along with Kim Shin Young, Hwang Young Jin, and Shim Jin Hwa.
When it was Kim Ki Wook's turn to share his story, the TV personality talked about when he managed a diner in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu in Seoul, and a handsome server who used to work with him.
He revealed that Lee Jong Suk worked as a server in his restaurant while also pursuing modeling at that time.

"He used to work at my diner for three to four months when he was a model. That time, we had a lot of customers because of him."
Kim Ki Wook said that customers flocked and waited outside the venue as they wanted to see Lee Jong Suk.
Kim Ki Wook's Diner Closed Down After Lee Jong Suk Quit the Job
However, the diner closed down after Lee Jong Suk quit as he pursued his acting career.
The comedian confessed, "He left after months and without Lee Jong Suk, the business didn't do as well as it did. Customers were not coming anymore, and our sales were down, so I decided to close the business."
Kim Ki Wook continued sharing and said that a few years later, he met again with one of his servers and told him that Lee Jong Suk auditioned for the drama "Secret Garden" after he quit his job at the diner.
Kim Ki Wook Praises Lee Jong Suk's Humble Personality
He talked about the time when he reunited with the heartthrob at the filming site of a series, where he was invited to make a special appearance.
"I had the chance to make a cameo in the drama 'Doctor Stranger,' which starred Lee Jong Suk. The scene I was going to film was him and me confronting each other. I was nervous at that moment."
He added that during the filming session, he was waiting for Lee Jong Suk to finish his scene. And later on, he saw a figure walking towards him and it was the "Pinocchio" actor. They greeted each other and mentioned how impressed he was with Lee Jong Suk for being open about how he used to work with him before.
Kim Ki Wook praised Lee Jong Suk for having a big heart.
