Uhm Ji Won

In the past year, veteran star Uhm Ji Won left viewers in awe after she transformed into a high-end matriarch with a grandiose life in the Netflix hit series "Little Women."

This December, fans were able to see the iconic character on camera once again after the actress revealed her designer collections in a newly released video log. Check it out below.

Uhm Ji Won Shares Affection For Designer Bags

On December 22, Uhm Ji Won confessed to being a maximalist as an actress with great fashion.

In a video clip, she shared her lifetime collections of books and designer bags from the luxury brands Hermes, Chanel and more that are beautifully stacked on the shelves.

Uhm Ji Won described her collection as "a product of her acting life." The actress has been in the acting industry since 1998, and has starred in more than 20 films and dramas up until this writing.

"Some of these are new. I really love wearing Hermes bags," Uhm Ji Won shared. "I think they're great. Having Hermes bags is nice but it's nicer if all of them aren't locked up."

The actress reasoned that keeping bags without using them "depreciates" its value because they aren't "appreciated" and "utilized" enough.

Fans agreed with Uhm Ji Won, saying that bags that are loved are bags that are being used well. Many left positive comments on the actress' video, praising her taste for fashion.

On the other hand, Uhm Ji Won donated all the items that she eliminated from her closet, making her collecting journey more meaningful.

Uhm Ji Won's Thriving Personal Life

In 2014, Uhm Ji Won tied the knot with a non-celebrity architect. After seven years, the two amicably broke up.

Although their love story was cut short, the two decided to remain friends. Uhm Ji Won focused on her career, and starred in challenging projects like the occult thriller film "The Cursed: Dead Man's Prey," "Little Women" and "Jung_E."

Uhm Ji Won also became a donation fairy, bringing smiles and ease to the victims of the wildfire in Uljin, Gyeongbuk, and the victims of the Ukrainian-Russian war in 2022.

At the moment, she's preparing for her forthcoming Netflix series "Hong Rang" with Lee Jae Wook and Jo Bo Ah. It's intended to be released some time in the first half of 2024 so stay tuned.
