Actor Kim Soo-hyun still controls the Stardom Chart, taking the lead in the actor category for the fourth week of October.
Kim, who just returned to the No. 1 spot in mid-October, has now taken the top two weeks, showing his uninterrupted popularity among fans.
According to SPOTV News, "Kim Soo-hyun topped the weekly rankings for actors on the Stardom Chart for the fourth week of October (compiled from October 20 to October 26). This marks his second consecutive week at the top."
In the voting week, Kim got 1,280 votes and was followed by Byun Woo-seok who got 960 votes and Cha Eun-woo in third place with 176 votes.
Fans welcomed the results on social media, thanking Kim's consistent popularity and his award-winning performances in recent dramas. "Kim Soo-hyun never disappoints — his emotional depth and charm are unmatched," one fan wrote on social media.
The Stardom Chart, an online ranking platform of celebrities according to fan engagement, includes categories like idols, actors, trot singers, and music artists. It runs with the motto, "Make my favorite celebrity a universe superstar," providing fans an opportunity to connect with their beloved stars through voting and community activities.
In other genres, however, FIFTY FIFTY, a girl group, took the top spot in the idol ranking for the same period. In the trot category, Kim Yong-bin kept his winning streak, topping the ranking for 11 weeks running, and his song "Yesterday Was You, Today Is You" took the top position in the music category for five weeks running.
Kim Soo-hyun's double wins cement his status as one of the most powerful actors in Korea, with fans salivating over his next projects.
