"Death's Game" Part 2 is coming to the screens this new year to finally put an end to Seo In Guk's deadly punishment.

Ahead of its release, TVING dropped a new exhilarating teaser, sharing a glimpse of what to expect from the drama.

Seo In Guk Finds Way To Escape Park So Dam In 'Death's Game'

On December 27, TVING raised the anticipation for "Death's Game" Part 2 with a brand new trailer.

Part 1 successfully captured the viewers' attention, showcasing the hardship of Seo In Guk's character who was subjected to a deadly punishment by Death itself, played by Park So Dam.

This time, Part 2 is set to dominate the new year as it finally makes it long awaited debut. Tension for the second half was heightened with its recently released teaser.

Since it was pointed out that Kim Ji Hoon's Park Tae Woo was involved among the seven death experiences by Seo In Guk's Choi Lee Jae, the latter's anger intensified.

The teaser begins with Choi Lee Jae rebelling against Death. He plans to take down the transcendent being first before killing Park Tae Woo, who's connected closely with the former.

In Part 2, Choi Lee Jae will be reincarnated in Kim Jae Wook's body as Jung Gyu Cheol, a painter who exudes a mysterious aura as he surges forward to the devil.

In addition, Lee Do Hyun's Jang Gun Woo sports a blank expression, eliciting eerie feelings from the viewers. Curiosity is also raised as to how Choi Lee Jae takes revenge on Park Tae Woo and Death that shook his life.

'Death's Game' Maintains Box Office Success Ahead of Part 2

Since its premiere, "Death's Game" dominated prime time and received high praises from viewers around the globe, thanks to its unconventional narrative and storytelling.

The TVING drama successfully maintained its box office success by taking the No. 1 spot among the paid dramas across all cable channels.

It stirred great synergy among viewers during the holiday season and despite only releasing four episodes, it was enough to keep the fans entertained and anticipating for more.

Ha Byung Hoon, the director, expressed his gratitude to the viewers. He also shared that he was overwhelmed with the positive feedback even though he expected a well-received show.

The director asked the viewers to check out Part 2 as he put a lot of thought into helming the final episodes to its preceding work.
