Han So Hee Claps Back At Malicious Comments

Some viewers, especially the Japanese fans of Hallyu, didn't receive "Gyeongseong Creature" well.

Due to the portrayal of the Japanese army and their crimes in the series, many viewers terrorized the social media accounts of Han So Hee, one of the leads in the show.

They accused her of "hating" Japan, its culture and history. To clarify things, Han So Hee broke her silence and responded to the hate she received.

She posted a photo of the Korean independence activist Ahn Jung Geun and wrote, "The drama depicted a dark time about the monster that was created by human's greed, not the Japanese colonial era."

Han So Hee asked viewers to take courage in watching the show. She added, "It showed the spring when the people treated one another with love."

The fans lauded Han So Hee for speaking up as Japan is among the biggest audiences of Hallyu, which could affect her career as a rising star.
