According to AllKpop, the story was shared on Jan. 19 during a video titled "Brothers, Everyone Follow Me to the Rooftop Kwon Sang Woo Moon Chae Won P.O." uploaded to the YouTube channel Zzanbro. The episode featured the three actors discussing their upcoming film "Heartman: Rock and Love" and personal experiences from their careers.

Before recounting the incident, P.O. noted that it was the first time he had ever spoken publicly about the matter. Describing his reaction at the time, P.O. explained that he felt conflicted because he genuinely liked his appearance and felt confident in how he looked. Recalling the consultation, he shared the doctor's words, saying, "A doctor said he'd make me look like Kwon Sang Woo."

P.O. went on to reflect on why the suggestion weighed heavily on him. He explained that Kwon Sang Woo was at the peak of his popularity then and widely regarded as exceptionally handsome.

After returning home, P.O. said he spent a long time thinking it over, even standing in front of the bathroom mirror and repeating the name of Kwon Sang Woo to himself before ultimately deciding against surgery.

The story prompted laughter from those present on set, who responded positively to P.O.'s honesty and reassured him about his current appearance. During the discussion, P.O. also pointed out an ironic twist that occurred later in his career.

He explained that when he was eventually cast in a film role, he initially wondered what kind of character he would be playing. He then learned that he had been cast as Kwon Sang Woo's younger brother, a moment that made him recall the doctor's earlier comment and joke that it had come true in an unexpected way.

"Heartman: Rock and Love," released on Jan. 14, is a comedy film starring Kwon Sang Woo as Seung Min, a man who reunites with his first love while hiding a personal secret. P.O. plays Seung Ho, the younger brother who is blunt but warm-hearted, marking another step in his growing acting career.

In separate news, According to Sports Khan, actors Kwon Sang-woo and Moon Chae-won shared their excitement about their first-ever on-screen pairing during the "Heartman" production briefing in Seoul, calling the upcoming comedy more fun than "Hitman."

Kwon praised Moon's natural beauty and instinctive acting, while Moon expressed a personal connection to her role and admiration for Kwon, whom she described as her first male actor crush.
