“Running Man” Gary To Make A Cameo In Song Ji Hyo’s Drama “Emergency Couple”

Everybody's favorite Monday Couple from the much-loved variey show "Running Man" are reunited as an ex-couple for "Emergency Couple".

Song Ji Hyo, who plays the role of medical intern Oh Jin Hee in the drama, invited Gary to make a cameo in her drama. Being her good friend, Gary accepted the offer. It was reported that their scene was filmed before the Lunar New Year in secret.

Leessang's Gary shared, "I only get to see Song Ji Hyo during Mondays when we film 'Running Man', so I'm happy to be filming 'Emergency Couple' with her. I hope the drama receives good ratings". Meanwhile, Song Ji Hyo expressed her gratitude towards her friend when he readily accepted her invitation.

PD Yoon Hyun Gi from the drama said, "Gary accepted the role without hesitation because of his close relationship with Song Ji Hyo. Gary was able to fill the set with much laughter and positivity because of his endless wit and charisma. One feature of 'Emergency Couple' is its abundance of cameos, so please look forward to more celebrity cameos in the future."

The episode with Gary as Song Ji Hyo's ex-boyfriend will air on February 8.
