"Duck Dynasty" has been a topic of controversy since it premiered.

"Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson has been the primary reason for controversy for a while now.

ABC News has reported that a video surfaced on YouTube in which Robertson advises men to marry teenage girls.

He states, "Look, you wait 'til they get to be 20 years old, the only picking that's going to take place in your pocket. You got to marry these girls when they are about 15 or 16. They'll pick your ducks. You need to check with mom and dad about that, of course."

Robertson reportedly married his wife, Marsha Kay, when she was 15.

The 67-year-old even went on to say, "Make sure that she can cook a meal. You need to eat some meals that she cooks. Check that out. Make sure she carries her Bible. That'll save you a lot of trouble down the road. And if she picks your ducks, now that's a woman."

The reality TV star was also temporarily suspended by A&E for comparing homosexuality to bestiality.

Radaronline reports that Robertson had problems with the law in the past as well. His wife, Miss Kay recently opened up about a fight that he had gotten into with the landlords of his old bar.

Miss Kay wrote, "They had no idea that trying to push Phil Robertson around and cuss him out would lead to disaster. He got so angry with them that he beat them up - both of them."

She continued, "By the time I got to the bar to try to figure out what was happening, all I saw were people being loaded into an ambulance."

Despite all the controversy surrounding the show and its cast, the men of "Duck Dynasty" are slowly turning into sex symbols, reports ABC.

Jessica Robertson, wife of Jep Robertson, explained, "Last year a lady asked to take a picture with Jep, and during the picture he said she, like, grabbed his rear end."

The women are getting as much attention as the men, especially since the release of their book, "The Women of Duck Commander: Surprising Insights from the Women Behind the Beards About What Makes This Family Work."

In the book, Lisa, Alan's wife, opens up about being sexually abused a child, reports NewsOk.

The book came out April 1.
