Fans of the 1982 sci-fi thriller are excited to hear new "Blade Runner 2" spoilers. In an interview with Empire Magazine last year, film director Ridley Scott confirmed that they are indeed doing an installment for the cult classic.

He said, "Yeah, we're working on Blade Runner 2 right now - that will happen sooner or later." Since Scott was busy with his other projects, he said "I have already got the next two films ready to go. That will be 2014, 2015."

This could mean that the sequel will probably hit the big screen on 2016 unless Scott finds time to work on it right away in time for a later release date in 2015.  Hearing those words from Scott himself gave the "Blade Runner" followers something to look forward to - even if it takes more than a year to be completed.

One of the latest "Blade Runner 2" spoilers was Harrison Ford's return to the film. He starred as Rick Deckard in the original movie, which was also directed by Ridley Scott. In a Q&A session on Reddit, the 71-year old actor expressed how he felt about the sequel.

Ford said, "I'm quite curious and excited about seeing a new script for Blade Runner if in fact the opportunity would exist to do another, if it's a good script I would be very anxious to work with Ridley Scott again, he's a very talented and passionate filmmaker."

He added, "And I think it would be very interesting to revisit the character." If Arnold Schwarzenegger can still kick some a** in Terminator 5, then I'm sure Harrison Ford can still show us some stunts in the Blade Runner sequel.

Harrison Ford also revealed the most challenging set in a movie for him during the Q&A session. He said, "The set for Blade Runner was maybe the hardest set I've ever worked on because I think we worked 50 nights in a row, and it was always raining."

When asked if Ford's character Rick Deckard was a replicant or not, the actor teased by saying: "Top of FormI think that it's a wonderful storytelling mechanism for that question to be left unanswered." He added, "Top of FormI love that people are still curious about it."

Of course, they are Mr. Ford and hopefully next time you will reveal more "Blade Runner 2" spoilers for your fans.
