Frozen 2 Movie: Sequel Possibility Unlikely As Disney Continues To Push Elsa And Anna To Other Media! Will They Appear In Kingdom Hearts 3?

Are you eagerly awaiting Disney's announcement for Frozen 2? You might want to take a break from doing that as Disney confirmed that talks about Frozen 2 hasn't even happened yet and that they are much more focused on bringing it to other media than to make a sequel.

The Mouse House is rapidly developing Frozen into a multi-platform franchise just not one that includes additional movie installments, at this time. Disney is hard at work turning Frozen into a Broadway stage musical following in the footsteps of previous hit Disney animated musicals like Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King but that a film sequel "hadn't even been discussed."

The Oscar-winning Frozen makes sense as the basis for a stage musical; besides featuring a cast that includes major Broadway alum, the film's narrative has a structure befitting a Broadway show with its show-stopping tune, "Let It Go", being very much a descendant of the Broadway school of music.

The popular Disney/Final Fantasy crossover game Kingdom Hearts 3 is getting some buzz because it has been rumored that the Frozen universe is going to be included in the game.

More gamers are requesting that Square Enix include Frozen characters like Elsa and Anna in the upcoming game.
