The "A113" can be seen cleverly planted on a number of situations in films, such as the diver's camera in Finding Nemo, a door in Monster's University, and on a box in A Bug's Life.

The same code has even appeared in titles that are not in the roster of Disney or Pixar, such Lilo & Stich and American Dad, where it appeared as the license plate number, and in the Simpsons, where it served as Bart Simpson's and Krusty the Clown's inmate number.

Here's some Pixar movies 2914 new from the studio's Chief Creative Officer John Lasseter, who provided an answer for what seemed to be a long-time mystery for fans.

"Cal Arts is one of the best animations schools, and it was my alma mater, and a lot of the students during my time, they went to Cal Arts as they created films - short films and feature films."

"They've kind of hidden A113 in the movies. In Toy Story, it was the license plate number of Andy's mom's van. It's pretty much every one of our movies in one place or another," he continued.

Pixar movies is set to release one film for 2014, titled "Planes: Fire & Rescue", a spin-off to their successful "Cars" Franchise.
