Courtney Cox Boyfriend Johnny McDaid Are Engaged! ‘He Supports Me In Every Way,’ Says ‘Friends’ Star

Courtney Cox and boyfriend Johnny McDaid are engaged! The couple revealed their engagement on Twitter, according to Us Weekly. The Snow Patrol rocker and the 'Friends' star both respectively tweeted on June 26, "I'm engaged to him!" and "I'm engaged to her!"

Cox and McDaid were first spotted together in December 2013 when they attended Jennifer Aniston's holiday party in L.A. In April, their pal Ed Sheeran spilled the beans to UK paper The Mirror, saying, "I'm not sure that it's public knowledge, so maybe I shouldn't have said anything - but, yes, they're already living together. Things are moving fast. He moved in and, judging by the last time I saw them, they couldn't be happier."

Cox gushed to Us, "He supports me in every way. He supports me creatively. He really believed in the movie...and not just because he likes me, though I know that helps."

McDaid said, "Courtney is the most completely confident person I've ever met-at everything.  She gets music. She gets art. She gets the way a scene gets constructed, the way dialogue works. And she puts it all together in her mind and then explains it to the world and makes movies that make people laugh and cry, squirm and jump, all those things."

This is Cox's second marriage. The 'Friends' star finalized her divorce from ex-husband David Arquette in May 2013. They have a 10 year old daughter Coco together and were recently photographed shopping together in West Hollywood on June 12. Arquette welcomed son Charlie with girlfriend Christina McLarty in April 2014.
