Marital Problems? Jay-Z And Beyonce Rumors Put To Rest With Couple's Onstage PDA At Philly
Amid Jay-Z and Beyonce rumors that the rapper cheated on his wife, the 44-year-old music mogul and 32-year-old diva shared an intimate moment onstage at the Citizens Bank Park Arena in Philadelphia last Saturday evening.
The show was part of the couple's 19-date "On The Run" tour across North America.
Accoording to a report from Daily Mail, the couple performed their single "Forever Young" towards the end of the concert while their family photos were shown onscreen. Jay-Z then affectionately pulled his wife close to give her a kiss in front of cheering fans at the 43,500-seat stadium.
Beyonce responded with a big smile and snuggled close to Jay-Z, before the power couple walked off the stage hand-in-hand.
Parents to two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, Jay-Z and Beyonce rumors have been circulating stating that the music mogul is having an affair. The girl was initially hinted as a "short-named" R&B personality and later revealed to be 34-year-old singer-songwriter Mya.
Known for hits such as Lady Marmalade and Case Of the Ex, Mya vehemently denied the allegations and was quoted saying: "Never did, never was, never will... I play second to no one... I rely on God only and respect myself and marriage too much for nonsense".
Beyonce herself also fueled rumors about the affair at the Cincinnati, Ohio leg of the "On The Run" tour last month. The diva changed the lyrics of her 2006 song "Resentment", which talked about cheating.
Singing: "Been riding with you for 12 YEARS (instead of the original lyrics saying 6 years)... Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you?", the lyrics alteration added to everyone's speculations since she and Jay-Z have been together for 12 years.
The Jay-Z and Beyonce rumors also reportedly caused a rift between Hova and Queen B's 28-year-old sister, singer Solange Knowles.
A video of a fight surfaced showing Solange kicking and punching her brother-in-law at an elevator in New York, after the Met Gala. Beyonce's younger sibling later on explained that she and her family were "all good... We've always held each other down no matter what".
A statement released by Jay-Z and Beyonce also shared that the former and Solange have "apologized to each other and (we) have moved forward as a united family".
To date, all speculations of marital problems are believed to be untrue as Jay-Z and Beyonce have not confirmed nor denied anything. The couple will wrap the North America leg of their "On The Run" tour in San Francisco on August 6, after which the tour will resume in September in Paris, France.
