Following the success of the Jay-Z and Beyonce's "On the Run" tour, HBO has announced that they will feature the power couple's concert in a TV special.

In a report by Latin Post, the Jay-Z and Beyonce's "On the Run" tour leg on September 12 and 13 in Paris will be taped by HBO and will be aired in September.

With over 40-songs in every Jay-Z and Beyonce Tour, HBO President Michael Lombardo says that the TV special will be a "major musical event that belongs to HBO", adding that "it's going to be a night to remember".

Jay-Z and Beyonce's "On The Run" tour ran across 19 stadiums in the United States since it started last June 26 in Miami. The shows in Paris will be the only ones outside of the United States.

Prior to the said TV special, Beyonce has had previous projects with HBO. Queen Bey's documentary "Life Is But A Dream" aired on HBO last February 2013, which showed 90 minutes of some of the diva's private moments while on tour, aside from behind-the-scenes and show highlights.

At present, Beyonce is also appearing in "Beyonce: X10". The TV special, which airs on Sunday nights before HBO original "True Blood", showcases 10 clips from Beyonce's previous concerts.

In August 2013, HBO aired Jay-Z's TV special entitled "Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film."

Others are quite interested to see whether the HBO TV special of the "On The Run" tour will shed light on marital issues that have been hounding Jay-Z and Beyonce for the past months. Daily Mail reported that rumors surfaced months ago linking the rapper to R&B singer Mya, who has vehemently denied the allegations.

Certain incidents have fueled the cheating speculations, including the Ohio leg of "On The Run" tour wherein Beyonce changed the lyrics of her 2006 cheating song "Resentment". Singing: "Been riding with you for 12 YEARS (instead of the original lyrics saying 6 years)... Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you?", the lyrics alteration added to everyone's speculations since Beyonce and Jay-Z have been together for 12 years.

The couple has a 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.

However, the couple shut down allegations a few weeks later at the Philadelphia leg of "On The Run". Towards the end of the concert, the couple performed their single "Forever Young" and Jay-Z affectionately pulled his wife close to give her a kiss in front of cheering fans at the 43,500-seat stadium.

Beyonce responded with a big smile and snuggled close to Jay-Z, before the
power couple walked off the stage hand-in-hand.
