Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2: Karnak As Skye's Father Confirmed As Shield Agent Will Develop Powers Similar To Inhuman Character Crystal! Kree Invasion In The Works For Phase 3?

New updates and possible spoilers have been revealed in season 2 of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. regarding the identity of Skye's father.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 2 will likely focus on Skye's mysterious past and everyone knows that Skye is not human to begin with. There have several rumors and theories surrounding Skye's origin, and her parents as well.

Furiousfanboys.com reported before that Skye is an Inhuman as the website further mentioned that Karnak and Maximus the Mad are possibly is her biological father in the show.

Although the show's creators have not confirmed if the two will show up in the season 2, a Reddit user named King Chibi allegedly claimed that Karnak is Skye's father and a possible Kree invasion will take place in Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Whether this claim is true or not is yet to be determined, but on a lighter note having a Kree invasion for Phase 3 will not be such a bad idea. A Kree has already been revealed in season 1 of the show, and not to mention that audiences likely see them in the Guardians of the Galaxy movie in August.

Comicvine has reported before that "Community" star Danny Pudi will be a guest star in the show as an undercover alien spy. Perhaps his character might be a Kree sleeper sent by the Kree Empire to observe potential threats.

Another rumor hinted that Skye will show signs of having powers in season 2.

ComicBook.com reports that an allege Marvel Facebook fan page claimed that Skye will have abilities similar to the Inhuman character Crystal in which she has elemental powers, but as it turns out it was nothing more than a fan's suggestion for the writers of the show.
