Amy Adams earlier gave luxury seat to soldier and her reasons are perfectly logical. The "Confessions of a Shopaholic" star also talked about working with Henry Cavill and co-stars in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Interviewed by Access Hollywood, Amy Adams explained why she gave luxury seat to a soldier.

"I think that if we were paying attention to the soldier right now, maybe more people would do it?" she said. "I feel like a lot of attention has been paid to me, and I'm grateful that people are latching onto a positive story, but the whole point was to draw attention to the soldier."

"So I wish more people were paying attention to him right now. Or to them," said Adams.

When Amy Adams gave the luxury seat to a soldier, it became the talk of the town, which won her the hearts of many, including an eye witness to the scene, Ernest Owens.

Owens was the then-seat mate of the soldier who got Adam's luxury seat during the flight. He even tweeted Inside Edition about what happened: Told @InsideEdition why Amy Adams was classy for giving up her 1st class seat to the soldier sitting next to me! :), " he said.

Meanwhile, the Oscar-nominated actress also talked about working out to reprise her role in the "Man of Steel" sequel, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." The 39-year old mom of two said that she needs to keep up with her buff co-stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Gal Galdot.

"Everyone there is super yoked, so I feel, you know, not the pressure - because they're very accepting of all body types. But, you know, everyone looks so great, "she said, when asked if she's working out for the upcoming "Man of Steel" sequel. "They're all in such great shape, so I think it started with the last time I did [Lois Lane], I haven't stopped working out since. I love it."

The blonde beauty also hinted that exercising helped her have a better mood.

"I'm not crazy - like, I don't have any crazy fitness regime, but I do love to [exercise now]," she said. "It increases the serotonin so I find I'm a happier person when I work out. More patient, for sure."

Look forward to seeing Lois Lane, Superman and Batman all together in theaters May 6, 2016.
