Following news of Alec Baldwin's appearance in court this morning, reports of Shia LaBeouf's appearance in Manhattan criminal court surfaced as well today.

The actor was arrested on June after allegedly disrupting the Broadway performance of "Cabaret" and has reportedly been accused of berating and spitting at police officers who were trying to remove him from the theater, according to WCTI12.

After the alleged "Cabaret" disturbance, Shia LaBeouf was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment.

The "Transformers" actor reportedly arrived 30 minutes before the courtrooms opened and remained silent during his brief hearing, according to Reuters.

The 28-year-old actor's attorney, G. Robert Gage, Jr. and Assistant New York County District Attorney Ali Russell reportedly stated that they were discussing a possible resolution to the case and asked for more time. The case was adjourned by Judge Ann Scherzer until September 10, according to the news outlet.

All of the charges that Shia LaBeouf faces after the "Cabaret" incident are misdemeanors or violations so he would face minimal or no jail time if found guilty.

LaBeouf, who is set to appear alongside Brad Pitt in the upcoming World War II drama "Fury," has recently begun getting help for his alleged addiction.

A week after the actor's arrest in New York City, LaBeouf's publicist said that he was receiving outpatient care for addition and that "he had realized his strange behavior was a symptom of a bigger health problem."
