Frozen 2 Movie Plot: Disney To Release 1-Hour Special On The Making of Frozen; Documentary Expected To Reveal What's Ahead For Anna, Elsa And Friends

Frozen fever is still the rage even if the movie has been made well over a year ago. It's become one of Disney's most successful films of all time: it is the highest grossing film of all time, and it is the top grossing full-length animated film in history. The movie won two Oscar awards for Best Animated Feature, and Best Original Song for "Let It Go." It also bagged Best Animated film awards from the Golden Globes, the BAFTA, and Critics' Choice Awards.

The film has become so successful that it has spawned numerous parodies, and its signature song "Let It Go" has been remade over and over again, with different gimmicks, and even different languages. And with all this, a Frozen 2 movie is not far behind.

But for now, Disney will whet our appetites with a soon to be release Frozen behind-the-scenes special. Entitled, "The Story of Frozen: Making A Disney Animated Classic" the documentary will give us never before seen glimpses and footage of what went on in the making of Frozen.

The documentary will also feature the stars of Frozen such as Kristen Bell, who voiced Anna, and Idina Menzel, who gave life to Elsa. We'll also get to see chief creative officer John Lasseter, who will talk about the making of their modern Disney classic. 

Plus, we will get to see Frozen 2 movie plot secrets, by way of revelations of what is in store for Anna, Elsa an friends. What's more, the special will also show a slice of big screen animated version of Big Hero 6.

In the meantime, Disney is planning to release several product and show tie-ins with the movie. According to HuffPost Entertainment, Disney will be implementing a five year plan to promote and produce Frozen-related consumer items, as well as shows.

There will be also be a Frozen Ice show, and the recently announced Frozen storybook series, which is widely expected to continue Anna and Elsa's story, and give us hints on the Frozen 2 movie plot that is still on its way.
