Shailene Woodley Dating Theo James? ‘Divergent’ Hunk Admits Wanting To Kiss “The Fault in Our Stars” Cutie Hard!

Shailene Woodley dating Theo James rumors have been circulating about in the Internet lately, and triggering speculations even more is the hunky "Divergent" leading man's admission that he had wanted to kiss "The Fault in Our Stars" cutie really hard! 

So are the "Divergent" lovers an item both for reel and for real (yes, pun intended)? 

Breathe Cast reported that Shailene Woodley and Theo James dating gossip has been quashed by the duo themselves. They clarified that they are hard at work on "Insurgent," the follow-up sequel to "Divergent." 

Speculations about Shailene Woodley and Theo James dating started surfacing when the two displayed excellent chemistry onscreen. Nonetheless, they have vehemently denied such rumors from the start, claiming that they are nothing more than good friends. 

That unmistakable spark of chemistry it seems may have just been a result of their enjoying working with each other, they claim. Aside from that, both stars already have their own respective paramours: Shailene Woodley is rumored to be dating Ellen Page of "Inception" fame, whereas Theo has been dating Ruth Kearney for a long time now. 

Thus, if the two of them are busy with their personal lovelives, how did news of Theo James wanting to kiss Shailene "really hard" started circulating? Well, word started spreading after MTV News correspondent James Horowitz's interview with the actor along with another "Divergent" co-star Miles Teller, who portrays Peter. 

As expected, the interview veered towards the romantic onscreen connection between Theo James and Shailene Woodley. Much to their fans delight, he discussed how he went about kissing her on the train in one of the scenes in their hit movie. 

Theo James unabashedly admitted that he kissed her hard, thinking that it was how she wanted it done. He said that it was how he thought it best to alleviate the awkwardness of the situation. James added that Shailene seemed to be batting his hands away. However, according to him, everything went well overall, and Miles helped make the scene more sensual by making hissing sounds while they kissed.
