Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Divorce Rumors [VIDEO]: Is Kim Kardashian to Blame?
After news surfaced that Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are possibly heading for divorce, rumors surface on who's to blame.
According to NY Daily , on Thursday Cannon revealed that his marriage to the diva has been on the rocks for quite awhile.
"We have been living in separate houses for a few months," said the "America's Got Talent" host to The Insider . "(Right now) my main focus is my kids."
The downfall to their marriage supposedly started when Cannon deliberately exposed the list of starlets he slept with while on Big Boy's radio show in March. Kim Kardashian happened to be on that list.
“This is L.A. … That’s the whole purpose, you have sex with actresses, singers, models,” he said on the radio show, before adding that Kardashian is a "great girl" and her family are "some of the most incredible people" he has ever met in his life.
That interview apparently embarrassed Carey like crazy.
"That made Mariah insane and humiliated," sources told TMZ. "She tore into Nick for weeks."
Cannon's past flings wasn't the only thing that had the "We Belong Together" singer ticked off. Allegedly Carey has felt quite "abandoned" due to her husband's busy lifestyle.
TMZ reported that the "divorce is a done deal" for the once dynamic duo. The gossip site said lawyers have already been called on to talk splitting property and custody arrangements for their twins.
Another source told E! News that Carey has already put some property up for sale.
"She wants to end it and it has been in the works for months, which is why her house in the Bahamas and the house in Bel Air are on the market," the source said.
Carey and Cannon have been married since April 30, 2008. Every year they renew their vows at the Bahamas estate. However, this past April they skipped the ceremony.
