RHOBH Lisa Vanderpump Villa Blanca Hit With Second Lawsuit While Brandi Glanville Wins Feud

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump has to deal with more drama involving one of her restaurants.

The British beauty's restaurant, Villa Blanca, has been hit with another sexual harassment lawsuit, according to the Examiner.

In the lawsuit, former pastry chef Martha Diaz alleges that her supervisor, Gustovo Molina, and two other members of the kitchen staff "touched her vagina, called her a fat, ugly whore, showed her porn on his phone and left pornographic pictures in her lockers," according to a report by Reality Tea on August 21.

Lisa Vanderpump's former Villa Blanca employee reportedly claims that the harassment began in March 2014 and went unpunished even after she addressed the issue to upper management in the restaurant. Diaz reportedly stated it led to a "hostile" work environment.

The manager who allegedly harassed Diaz is different from the one who was the subject of a previous sexual harassment suit involving Villa Blanca, according to TMZ.

While Lisa Vanderpump struggles with her restaurant's second lawsuit, RHOBH costar Brandi Glanville seems to finally have a win.

The model and mother of two has had a very open feud with her former husband Eddie Cibrian and his current wife LeAnn Rimes. For those of you who have been watching the couple's nearly pathetic show "LeAnn & Eddie," you'll know that the show focuses quite a bit on bashing Brandi Glanville.

What people don't know is that Brandi Glanville is no longer about causing drama. In fact, she's focused on taking the negativity out of her life, according to a recent tweet the RHOBH star made.

"Not sure if any1 noticed but I'm not in a feud with any1!I'm not perpetuating a non existent feud just 2 get peeps to watch my tv shows! #ImHappy," tweeted Glanville, according to The Hollywood Gossip.
