Game of Thrones Season 5 Spoilers

The much-awaited upcoming season of Game of Thrones is coming up, and this latest installment in the hit HBO show has some of the more dramatic and controversial scenes because of how the book plays out.

If you haven't read the books and are unaware of what's to come, and you don't want to know -- stop reading now, for Game of Thrones season 5 spoilers are up ahead.

The team behind Game of Thrones season 5 have a challenging next couple of episodes up ahead, and they surely have their work cut out for them. The one much-awaited scene by the fans is surely Cersei Lannister's walk of shame, where she walks naked in public after being ousted from her lofty position in King's Landing. This scene occurred in the book "A Dance with Dragons."

In the book, Cersei has ascended to becoming the Queen Regent, after the untimely death of her father Tywin Lannister. She does so with iron-fisted glee, and some of the people she rubs off the wrong way are the Tyrells, the whole crew at the Iron Bank. She even tries to frame Margaery Tyrell for the crime of adultery, but suffers the backlash and ends up being thrown into prison by the High Septon.

The Game of Thrones season 5 spoiler of how Cersei suffers the ultimate humiliation is one that book readers are keen for their non-book reading friends to witness. And why not? It involves a bald, naked Cersei carrying out a walk of shame from the Great Sept to the Red Keep, with everyone witnessing her lowest moment.

The crew, and more importantly, Lena Headey is ready to film this sequence, but the place where they are filming, in Dubrovnik, Croatia, are not too keen on the scene's filming, according to reports by TMZ.

According to the website the Watchers on the Wall, the Game of Thrones season 5 film crew will have Lena Headey walk from Dubrovnik Cathedral to Sponza Palace. But the problem is the film commission in Croatia has not allowed the shooting to push through because they have a policy against public nudity. So will the infamous walk of shame be completely taken out of the TV version? Book readers are sure to take up arms if this happens. Stay tuned to find out more Game of Thrones season 5 spoilers.
