"The Mindy Project" season 3 spoilers hint Peter's love life remains bleak while cast Mindy Kaling announced that the show is moving to Manhattan is looking for an apartment to be rented.

According to "The Mindy Project" season 3 spoilers by Zap2it, quoting TVGuide, Allison Tolman will guest star in one of the episodes.

The "Fargo" alum will play novelist Abby Berman, who has the unfortunate luck of being set up with Peter (Adam Pally) on a blind date, to horrific results. According to the initial reports, Peter will try to find a way to make it up to her.

Meanwhile, Mindy Kaling teased "The Mindy Project" season 3 spoilers as she said that the show will be moving to New York.

The actress took to Twitter on August 29 and wrote about the news: "Looking to sublet a spacious apartment/townhouse in Manhattan, south of 14th street, for me & 5 of my writers, from September 7th to 16th!"

Later, she tweeted to her more than 3 million followers: "If you know of a cool furnished 5BR place south of 14th street avail for sublet, please email me at TMPsublet@gmail.com! We're going to NYC!"

The Bustle website noted that Mindy Kaling used to live in New York so she knows just how hard it is to find an apartment there. "While she understands that New Yorkers don't live above 14th Street (at least by choice), it seems she has some pretty high expectations for her short-term rental," the site said.

Previous "The Mindy Project" season 3 spoilers by TVLine said that Shonda Rhimes, the influential creator of "Grey's Anatomy" and "How to Get Away With Murder" will make a guest appearance on the show in fall.

"I'm told Rhimes, a self-proclaimed super-fan of both 'The Mindy Project' and its star Mindy Kaling, will play herself on the show. Specifics about her storyline are being kept under wraps," Michael Ausiello wrote.
