New talks regarding the Real Housewives TV show reveal that the franchise might be heading off to Philadelphia and Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin fued continues in "Real Housewives of New York."

According to the report from Jenice Armstrong of The Daily News, per Philly Magazine, the City of Brotherly Love might have its own Real Housewives TV show if talks fall into place.

"In recent weeks, a producer associated with the Bravo TV show has been in Philly interviewing some of the city's most successful and glamorous women," Armstrong said, adding that the producer, Princess Ann Banton Lofters" would not confirm that they are working on a local franchise for the reality show.

"Still, you wouldn't know it from all of the jockeying for position and tongue-wagging that's been going on about who's been contacted," she added.

According to Philly, three years ago, the idea of putting up the Real Housewives TV show in Philadelphia was broached but the idea never really took off.

Meanwhile, in "Real Housewives of New York," the Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin's feud will loom large again as the former has given an ultimatum to Bravo execs to choose between her and Jill Zarin, said Radar Online.

"Bethenny hasn't signed a deal with Bravo or the production company for Real Housewives of New York because she is refusing to come back if arch-enemy Jill Zarin returns. For Bethenny to return to the show, she wants to move forward. Having Jill come back would just create more false drama in an attempt to recreate the past," the gossip news site reported, quoting an insider.

The source clarified that that Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin feud could be one sided this time as the Skinny Girl owner reportedly has no hatred towards Jill, but she wanted to move on from all that.

However, Bravo execs are not amenable to Bethenny Frankel's demands.

"They don't want to rule out anyone ever returning to the show. Bravo knows a Bethenny and Jill reunion would be ratings gold, and don't appear to be caving in to her demands," the website said.
