For this actress, her shot at fame came by being part in one of the biggest book to movie adaptations of its time, and of course we are referring to none other than the Twilight franchise. But Ashley Greene has come a long way from playing Alice Cullen in the vampire saga. Today there are plenty of Ashley Greene movies that prove her range beyond young adult territory, and she recently graced the cover of Women's Health magazine for its November 2014 feature story.

Aside from the movies Ashley Greene has done, she is also a role model when it comes to keeping a fit and healthy lifestyle. She maintains that it started when she was really young, growing up in Florida. "I was selling mud pies and playing football with my brother. My brother is a year and a half older, so I was a tomboy as a result of us being so close. It's transferred over to my adult life," the actress shares. "I think being athletic as a child and always being competitive in sports and martial arts definitely transferred over to my adult life. Now for me it really is this kind of lifestyle choice."

The 27 year old actress says it's an exciting time in her life right now, and her career is taking her to places she wouldn't be otherwise. For those who don't know, the one of the latest Ashley Greene movies is being screened at the Venice Film Festival!

"I am going to the Venice Film Festival so that's the most exciting thing on my plate right now with this film called Burying the Ex that I did with Joe Dante," the actress shares. "I play a character named Evelyn and she's the girlfriend who just won't go away. She has an unfortunate run-in with a car and comes back to haunt this poor boy that she's with. It was really fun to play."
