Zayn Malik Is Going Solo? 1D Member Leaves Boy Band To Work With Labrinth?

Last year, news broke out that Harry Styles was thinking about leaving the internationally famous boy band, One Direction. Now, though, it looks like the rumors have decided to circulate around a different member.

Rumor has it that Zayn Malik, who is presently engaged to his girlfriend from Little Mix, Perrie Edwards, is about to leave the band. If the rumors are true, then Malik might be leaving 1D to join forces with Labrinth on new material as a separate side project.

The Earthquake chart-topper said, "I'm going to do something with Zayn. We're going to make a soulful record 100%. He's got a soulful voice. We're good. We're cool."

Taking a look at the bigger picture, fans are pretty thrilled about this new venture, since it really does sound like an exciting project. However, they cannot keep themselves from wincing if the rumors are true. They will certainly not be happy if their favorite boy band decides to disband because Zayn Malik opted to go solo.

Labrinth, on the other hand, is a bit overwhelmed with his return to the industry. He revealed, "I've been away for two years, working on my album. It's kind of crazy to come back to all of this hype and excitement. And all these screaming girls."

If the stories are true, then he has to take some time off to get used to the screaming girls. Surely, there will be a whole lot more of screeching females once he works with the amazingly handsome Zayn Malik.

Moreover, many fans strongly believe that these recent rumors are absolutely false. The previous ones about Harry Styles turned out to be false, and they are pretty confident that the ones about Zayn Malik are also not true. Many believe that just because they want to do some new stuff, it does not necessarily mean that they have decided to leave the band.
