LG G3 Review: How LG G3 Stylus Wins Over Its Competitors; What Does It Offer Users?

world news

An LG video, which aims to promote the company's news phone, has leaked recently. The video created for the Korean company's soon to be released G3 Beat has accidentally disclosed an LG G3 Stylus handset. As it appears, the phablet has a bigger display, and for added functionality, a writing stylus.

No words about it from the company yet. But the video, though removed from YouTube, is still accessible online. No information about its availability and price, while in less than a month the fourth iteration of Samsung Galaxy Note is set to for launch. This makes consumers speculate more whether the new unofficial LG phablet has what it takes to compete with Samsung and other brands.

Banking on G3's popularity

LG is smart in using G3 as name for its latest generation of handsets. Why wouldn't they when consumers can quickly recognize it as a better version of the G brand. Surely, they would find difficulty in promoting it if it has separate name.

It helps to remember, however, the attempt of the company to penetrate US market. When it offered LG Optimus Vu at a lower price it didn't fare well with Samsung Galaxy Note 2. It did not succeed in pleasing US consumers. The same result happened to Vu II and Vu 3.

What LG should do?

For LG to succeed this time, the new phablet must be a premium one. Also, it must be offered at a much lower price to cater to budget-conscious consumers. The company must ensure that the stylus is more than just an accessory. Users must be able to use to perform numerous functions. Lastly, it should have powerful specs to make it a high-performing device. Thus, consumers should expect a quad-core power at the very least.
