The "Minions" trailer finally arrived!

The official trailer of "Despicable Me" spin-off titled "Minions" is now available on Youtube. Watch the video below!

Universal has released the first trailer for Illumination’s “Minions” movie,  eight months before the release date of the animated film which is set for July 10, 2015.

As you can see in the video, the trailer follows the story of "Minions" during the Jurassic period as they search for their villain master. Their first master is a dinosaur followed by Egyptian pharaoh, Napoleon, and Dracula. Due to the failure of having a long-term master, Kevin steps forwards to search for a new master. Kevin, Stuart, and Bod head to New York in 1968 to find a new master.

The voiceover of the trailer said “Finding a master was easy, keeping a master was tricky.”

As per Variety, “Despicable Me 2" garnered $841 million worldwide last year. Indie Wire posted the official synopsis of the 2015 Illumination's animated film which reads,

"The story of Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment's Minions begins at the dawn of time. Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters. Continuously unsuccessful at keeping these masters-from T. rex to Napoleon-the Minions find themselves without someone to serve and fall into a deep depression. But one Minion named Kevin has a plan, and he-alongside teenage rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob-ventures out into the world to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow. The trio embarks upon a thrilling journey that ultimately leads them to their next potential master, Scarlet Overkill (Academy Award® winner Sandra Bullock), the world's first-ever female super-villain. They travel from frigid Antarctica to 1960s New York City, ending in mod London, where they must face their biggest challenge to date: saving all of Minionkind...from annihilation."

The “Minions" spin-off will feature the voices of Sandra Bullock (new cast), Jon Hamm, Allison Janney and Steve Coogan. The director of the movie is Piere Coffin.

Meanwhile, "Despicable Me 3" release date is set for June 30, 2017 according to IMBD.
