After the announcement of the official title, "Captain America: Civil War" is facing rumors once again. Is the third sequel to "Captain America" mark the death of the first avenger?

[Contains Spoiler] If we were to look at the Civil War story arc in Marvel comics, we know that toward the end of the story Captain America surrenders and is brought to S.H.I.E.L.D custody.

Tony Stark gets appointed as S.H.I.E.L.D director while Steve Rogers stays in jail. In the aftermath of Civil War, Rogers is shot by Crossbones and Sharon Carter that leads to the death of Captain America.

Given that the S.H.I.E.L.D exists in the Civil War storyline, this might put Marvel in introducing the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D in the movie.

If Marvel would want the movie to be as close as possible to the Civil War comic story, we could expect new superheroes, who would possibly appear in the "Avengers: Infinity War", to be introduced in the third installment of "Captain America". Speedball is one of them.

The character of Speedball, a.k.a. Robert Baldwin, plays a huge part in the creation of Superhuman Registration Act. He is the one who triggers the separation of The Avengers that starts Civil War because of his irresponsible act of handling his superhuman powers during a television reality show which leads to death of civilians and the New Warriors, a new young adult super team.

Meanwhile, The death of Steve Rogers in the movie may be in 50-50 chance. Since Chris Evans' contract deal with Marvel will finish, this may bring the end of Captain America in MCU. But it can be extended, like what happen to Robert Downey Jr. In case the contract will not be extended and Captain America will not die, Marvel will most likely introduce new actor to portray the role of Captain America.

Until Marvel reveals the cast, "Captain America: Civil War" remains mysterious even though Marvel comic readers already have ideas on the flow of the story. One thing, the absence of Spider-Man could also cut a huge part in the Civil War story arc.
