Lady Gaga news reported that the "Cheek To Cheek" singer appears to be working on new music, and did not even celebrate Thanksgiving just to record what seems to be her new track.

According to a report from MTV.com, the music superstar was fresh from her artRave world tour earlier this week when she shared a photo on her Instagram page. The image showed the international hitmaker already back in the studio, making it seem like she spent Thanksgiving Day at work.

The photo showed Lady Gaga's pet, a bulldog named Asia, peeking over the singer singing inside a recording studio. The image was captioned, as if to tease fans about her new music: "Asia moo moo monkey watching mommy recording. WHAT IS SHE SINGING!?!"

The singer then posted: "Happy Thanksgiving monsters thank you for making today so special for me and Tony!"

Just recently, Lady Gaga news recalled how the "Born This Way" singer credits her recovery from drugs and alcohol addiction to Elton John.

According to the Contact Music report, the iconic "Candle In The Wind" singer helped her recover from substance abuse since he himself went through the same thing.

''It's pretty messed up being friends with people who used to have drug and alcohol problems, like Elton," Lady Gaga said.

The 28-year-old musician added: ''He got me on the straight and narrow. He was telling me: 'Gaga, you're smoking too much'. He saved me.''

Some of Lady Gaga's frustrations about the music industry and her own career are believed to be among the reasons why she got addicted to drugs and alcohol. In a report from Entertainment Wise, the singer even called her pop days "robotic", and explained why she has shifted to jazz music.

''Since 'The Fame', 'The Fame Monster' and 'Born This Way', they've been auto-tuning it more, or changing the timbre. They take the vibrato out so you sound like a robot," Lady Gaga said in the news reported by Entertainment Wise.

The controversial musician admitted: ''They really control you especially in the beginning."
