K-drama Actors Who Are Married To Non-Celebrities

Some k-drama actors marry other actors. It can be a plus in a relationship if both parties know just how demanding an actor's schedule is and also understand that it's just a job when your spouse kisses another attractive person.

However, quite a few celebrities also marry non-celebrities. A few that come to mind are Park Si Yeon, Bae Soo Bin, Jun Ji Hyun and Park Jin Hee. What kinds of non-celebrities do celebrities marry? Love does not discriminate. It can range from office workers to millionaires.

Actress Han Chae Young married a Korean-American businessman Choi Dong Joon on June 2, 2007 and the couple had their first child, a son, on August 28, 2013.

 Park Jin Hee, who starred in 'The Woman Who Still Wants To Marry," is also a new mom. Her husband is an attorney, who works with an overseas law firm. He is seven years younger than she is. They are both actively involved in causes that help to protect the environment. The couple became parents to their first child on Nov. 6.

Jun Ji Hyun's husband Choi Jun Hyuk is not a celebrity but he is movie-star-handsome and very well connected. He is the grandson of hanbok designer Lee Young Hee, who opened the Lee Young Hee Korea Museum in New York City. He is also the son of fashion designer Lee Jung Woo and the brother of Choi Joon Ho, a member of the k-pop group X-Large. Jun Ji Hyun's brother-in-law is married to the daughter of one of Singapore's biggest financial companies.

Nam Sang Mi, who starred in "The Joseon Gunman" will be the next k-drama star to marry a non-celebrity. She is marrying a businessman on Jan. 24, 2015. He runs his own business and has been described as "an average guy."
